Booking Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions of booking holidays through
our company. None of the conditions can be verbally changed and if any
amendment has been agreed they will be confirmed in writing.
Bookings
When
you have decided on accommodation and dates of your holiday we will let
you know within 7 days if this is available. We will then send you a
booking pack that must be completed and returned to us with the 10%
deposit of the total rental fee. The booking is only complete once we have
issued our conformation letter.
Price Guarantee
Once
you have booked and paid the deposit for your holiday we guarantee the
agreed price.
Payment of balance
The
balance of the holiday must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to your
departure date. If the balance is not received within this time we reserve
the right to retain your deposit and apply the cancellations fees listed
below.
Accommodation
You
and your party are responsible for leaving the property in the same
condition as you found it. You must inform the Turkey based office of any
damage that you may find on your arrival to ensure that you do not later
receive any damage costs to the accommodation. The Turkey office can also
be contacted if any of the equipment does not work during your stay.
Changes and cancellations by us
It
the accommodation becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances we
will endeavour to try and find alternative accommodation for your holiday
at the same cost. If we can only find a more expensive property we will
ask for the difference. However if this is not acceptable we will make a
full refund. This holiday can also be cancelled if full payment is not
received within the given time frames.
Cancellation of booking by you
Cancellation of the booking can be processed if received in writing by
yourselves. Cancellations fees are listed below:

Services
We
can not be held responsible for any main services such as electricity,
water etc, nor any actions taken by authorities beyond our control.
However our Turkey office can be contacted to explain the difficulties and
keep you up to date with progress of resolving the problems.
Complaints
Any
complaints that you have regarding the property can be discussed with the
Turkey office and they will endeavour to try and assist in resolving the
problem whilst you are still on your holiday. However if the complaint is
not resolved you must write directly to the property owner within 28 days
of your return to the UK. Our company works and an agency to place people
in holiday accommodation so we can not be held responsible for any
complaints regarding the property themselves.
Flights
We
are unable to arrange any flights for your bookings however we will issue
you with contact numbers of flight companies in your holiday pack.
Transfers
We
are able to arrange transfers for you to and from the airport to your

The
transfer fees are to be paid to the Platinum Holidays representative in
pounds sterling, on arrival at your accommodation.
Data Protection
By
booking a holiday through our company and completing a booking form you
have given us permission to hold your details on our data base. These
details will only be shared with the property owners themselves and
members of Platinum Tourism and Travel Agency Ltd.
